Wet Paper Poem
a poem in the stream
floats, water like a fish bubbler
down greenery way
trees dourly hang, roots grown
words, their ink blanching out
dissipating into the warm summer liquid
the paper grows blank
the words a part of the world now
the trees are not indifferent
just distracted with their own poetry

I'm back to blog

I haven't blogged for a while, it's true.
But I may be doing more of this. I have
been thnking about this medium, and it
feels like a good fit for me. I am an
obsessive journal-keeper. I write poems and
notes and draw in books every day. It's something
that I love to do, an important part of me.
So, blogging seems like a natural fit for me.

Oh - and there is the potential for an
audience. Some of my journal stuff might
actually be read by someone! That's the other
part of the nice fit. So look for more posts
from me in the future, and a more aggressive
outlook, as far as getting myself linked...
that would be a big step.
